I'm hoping to find one that advertises English speaking as I am still very entry level at speaking Japanese and since this is a very private procedure I wouldn't want a translator involved. Would also be looking to have a chin/ face lift or later hair removal so any experience you have with such would be appreciate thank you all!

i'd actually recommend checking out the Tokyo Women's Clinic in Hiroo, they specialize in women's health and cosmetic procedures with a focus on privacy. their English support is solid since they get a lot of expat patients, and they do consultations over video first if you're nervous about going in person. for the hair removal later, you might want to separate that from the surgery clinics and look at places like Silver Mirror in Omotesando, they're laser specific and have English speaking staff too. just a heads up that labiaplasty recovery here usually involves a week off work since walking can be uncomfortable

For labiaplasty specifically, I'd look into Tokyo Midtown Medical Center in Roppongi. Their international clinic has English-speaking staff on hand and they're used to handling sensitive procedures with foreign patients. The chin lift and hair removal you mentioned could also be done at Shonan Beauty Clinic, they have multiple locations around Tokyo and their English support is decent once you get past the initial paperwork. Just be aware that prices here tend to be higher than in the US or Korea for cosmetic surgery, especially at places that advertise English services.

honestly i'd check out Ginza Concept Clinic, they do a lot of women's cosmetic stuff and have english speaking coordinators for the whole process. my friend went there for a similar thing and said the staff were super professional and didn't make it awkward at all

Where can I find crispy, pan-fried bacon similar to a certain international style?

if u have a costco membership the kirkland thick cut is the move, 4 packs of 500g for around 2500 yen and it crisps up proper in a cold pan. for smaller runs, precce in azabudai hills & the basement at isetan shinjuku both carry imported US & danish brands in the chilled case, just read the label for "thick cut" or "smoked" and not "loin". also worth knowing japanese bacon is often wet-cured so pat it dry before frying or it steams instead of crisping

kaldi coffee farm is hit or miss but their smoked bacon from denmark shows up pretty regular, the 200g pack runs about 600 yen. what actually works better for me is asking the butcher counter at peacock or life to slice the block bacon thick, like 5mm, they do it for free and it crisps way better than the pre-packed stuff. also fwiw cheap bacon crisps faster, the fatty supermarket kind at 300 yen a pack works fine if u cook it from cold in a dry pan and pour off the fat as it renders.

tbh the gyomu super store brand bacon is surprisingly decent for crisping up, its not thick cut but if you cook it low and slow it gets pretty crunchy. the key is the dry cure vs wet cure thing, wet cure steams. also check hanamasa if you have one nearby, they sell big packs of american style bacon thats actually smoked and firm.
