We're thinking of taking the kids to Ocean Center this month, but I tweaked my back lifting the stroller and need to see someone first. Any recs for a clinic near Shinagawa that takes national health… We're thinking of taking the kids to Ocean Center this month, but I tweaked my back lifting the stroller and need to see someone first. Any recs for a clinic near Shinagawa that takes national health insurance, and what a walk-in visit usually runs? Also, is the aquarium actually worth the ticket price in 2026 or should we just do Sunshine Aquarium instead?

Sunshine Aquarium is the better rainy-day pick with kids, and Maxell Aqua Park handles strollers easier than Ocean Center's ramps.

For the back, try a seikotsuin instead of a clinic, they take insurance and walk-ins run about 1,500 yen.
