Any skin clinics (beauty/aesthetic clinics) that will take on foreigners who speak English?

I've been to Tokyo a few times and I would love to get some laser treatments done here. I've randomly walked into a few clinics before and they all say they don't take foreigners. Any in Tokyo that do? Looking specifically for Fraxel lasers

Acela Clinic in Shibuya has a fair number of foreign patients and they do Fraxel. The English booking form on their site works well, and the pricing is listed in yen without surprise fees. I'd suggest the Shibuya location over their Shinjuku one, the Shinjuku staff seemed less flexible with language when I went for a consult. They're a couple minutes from Shibuya Station's Hachiko exit, tucked on the second floor of a building with a pharmacy on the ground floor.

Tokyo Skin Clinic in Hiroo takes foreign patients pretty regularly, I've seen a few non-Japanese friends go there for laser stuff. They do Fraxel but you'll want to book through their English line, the receptionists are fine but the doctors' English can be hit or miss. Also check out Shonan Beauty Clinic, they have a few branches around town and their website has an English page with Fraxel pricing listed, just note they're a chain so the vibe is more transactional than boutique.

Try SBC Skin Clinic in Omotesando, they have English-speaking staff and do Fraxel. It's on the backstreet near the main crossing, a bit pricier than local places but they're used to foreign clients. Another option is Ginza Kaisei Clinic, their website has English booking and they're upfront about pricing. Just call ahead to confirm the doctor's availability, some only do Fraxel on certain days

While the local bacon works well in many recipes, I specifically want the crispy type. Where might I find this style of bacon?

if u have a costco membership the kirkland thick cut is the move, 4 packs of 500g for around 2500 yen and it crisps up proper in a cold pan. for smaller runs, precce in azabudai hills & the basement at isetan shinjuku both carry imported US & danish brands in the chilled case, just read the label for "thick cut" or "smoked" and not "loin". also worth knowing japanese bacon is often wet-cured so pat it dry before frying or it steams instead of crisping

kaldi coffee farm is hit or miss but their smoked bacon from denmark shows up pretty regular, the 200g pack runs about 600 yen. what actually works better for me is asking the butcher counter at peacock or life to slice the block bacon thick, like 5mm, they do it for free and it crisps way better than the pre-packed stuff. also fwiw cheap bacon crisps faster, the fatty supermarket kind at 300 yen a pack works fine if u cook it from cold in a dry pan and pour off the fat as it renders.

tbh the gyomu super store brand bacon is surprisingly decent for crisping up, its not thick cut but if you cook it low and slow it gets pretty crunchy. the key is the dry cure vs wet cure thing, wet cure steams. also check hanamasa if you have one nearby, they sell big packs of american style bacon thats actually smoked and firm.
