I usually have tailored pants. I wanted to buy some cause my tailor cant really design them as good as the ones in uniqlo, gu, or wego, but i dont know where to get them.

The XS ones on GU online store are always out of stock when i look and ive kinda tried to wear from the womens cause they have smallers ones and ive found some but its still a bit constrained.

where can i find smaller good looking pants (jeans)? im fine with second hand cloths too!!!! as long as it fits and looks good!!

in tokyo.

Have you checked out the kids section at Beams or United Arrows? Their larger kids sizes often run up to around a 160cm fit, and the cuts are usually slimmer than adult stuff. For secondhand, go to Shimokitazawa and look for shops like New York Joe Exchange or Flamingo, they tend to have a lot of vintage denim that ran smaller back in the day. I've found 70s Levi's 501s there that fit like a modern 28 waist without the baggy seat issue.

honestly check out the smaller vintage stores in Koenji, especially the ones along the main strip near the station. there's a shop called Dope that usually has a rack of 60s and 70s denim in tiny waist sizes, like 26 and 27. those old Japanese repro brands like Sugar Cane or Warehouse also run way slimmer than modern Uniqlo, and you can find them secondhand for like 3000-5000 yen.

another thing that works for me is the kids section at Muji. their 150-160cm pants are cut pretty straight and not overly childish, plus the inseam is shorter so you avoid the stacking issue. for jeans specifically, the Levi's kids line has a 24 waist that fits more like a 28 in adult sizing, i grabbed a pair at the Levi's store in Shibuya last month.

if youre okay with online, Yahoo Auctions Japan has tons of deadstock vintage jeans from the 80s in smaller sizes, just search for "中古 ジーンズ 26インチ" and sort by price. shipping is cheap within Japan and you can filter by location too.

if u have a costco membership the kirkland thick cut is the move, 4 packs of 500g for around 2500 yen and it crisps up proper in a cold pan. for smaller runs, precce in azabudai hills & the basement at isetan shinjuku both carry imported US & danish brands in the chilled case, just read the label for "thick cut" or "smoked" and not "loin". also worth knowing japanese bacon is often wet-cured so pat it dry before frying or it steams instead of crisping

kaldi coffee farm is hit or miss but their smoked bacon from denmark shows up pretty regular, the 200g pack runs about 600 yen. what actually works better for me is asking the butcher counter at peacock or life to slice the block bacon thick, like 5mm, they do it for free and it crisps way better than the pre-packed stuff. also fwiw cheap bacon crisps faster, the fatty supermarket kind at 300 yen a pack works fine if u cook it from cold in a dry pan and pour off the fat as it renders.

tbh the gyomu super store brand bacon is surprisingly decent for crisping up, its not thick cut but if you cook it low and slow it gets pretty crunchy. the key is the dry cure vs wet cure thing, wet cure steams. also check hanamasa if you have one nearby, they sell big packs of american style bacon thats actually smoked and firm.
