Where can I find a wall like this to practice in Tokyo?

I have plenty 広場 around where I am but none have this kind of wall ... or a wall at all. I would love to find something like this guy is using for me and my kids (see video link below).

Please any hint is appreciated I will try to check with google street view. I am trying to compile a list so anywhere in and around Tokyo is nice. I am most interested in Setagaya Suginami around the Koshikaido.

Thanks

honestly your best bet for something with that kind of curve in setagaya is the retaining wall along the Tama river near Futako-Tamagawa. the path that runs under the Futako bridge has a long curved section that's smooth and clean. it's not brick but the concrete has a nice feel for practicing

if you're closer to suginami try the wall at Zenpukuji Park near the baseball field. it's more of an L-shape than a curve but the corner gives you a similar angle change to practice with. plus there's a playground right there so the kids can take breaks

for something actually curved like the video i'd check the underpass at Meidaimae station on the Keio line. the walls where the road goes under the tracks have a gentle arc. it's a bit narrow but completely flat and dry even when it rains

fwiw there's a spot near Roka Koen that might work for you. the wall along the south side of the park by the old Roka Koshunin statue has a decent curve where it follows the path. it's a bit weathered but smooth enough for basic practice and the kids can run around on the grass nearby

if you're willing to go a bit further the retaining wall under the Kanpachi bridge near Kami-Igusa station has a nice gentle arc. it's a popular spot for cyclists but early morning it's dead quiet. the surface is clean and the curve is gradual enough for learning moves

also check the back alley walls in the residential blocks between Sangenjaya and Shimotakaido. a lot of those old concrete block walls have slight curves where they follow the old field boundaries. nothing huge but for kids practicing it's fine and you wont have to compete for space

you're overthinking this honestly. that specific wall in the video is just a random retaining wall somewhere in the world, not a tokyo thing. the curve is from the road design, not something people built for practice

for your area try the wall along the koshu kaido itself near chitose karasuyama station. where the road dips under the keio line tracks there's a long curved section on both sides. it's a bit busy during the day but early morning or late evening it's dead quiet and the curve is pretty close to what you're looking for

also check the back of the tokyo university of agriculture campus in setagaya. the wall along the north side facing the residential street has a nice gentle curve where it follows the old property line. it's smooth concrete, well maintained, and the street has almost no traffic. my kid used to practice there before school

if u have a costco membership the kirkland thick cut is the move, 4 packs of 500g for around 2500 yen and it crisps up proper in a cold pan. for smaller runs, precce in azabudai hills & the basement at isetan shinjuku both carry imported US & danish brands in the chilled case, just read the label for "thick cut" or "smoked" and not "loin". also worth knowing japanese bacon is often wet-cured so pat it dry before frying or it steams instead of crisping

kaldi coffee farm is hit or miss but their smoked bacon from denmark shows up pretty regular, the 200g pack runs about 600 yen. what actually works better for me is asking the butcher counter at peacock or life to slice the block bacon thick, like 5mm, they do it for free and it crisps way better than the pre-packed stuff. also fwiw cheap bacon crisps faster, the fatty supermarket kind at 300 yen a pack works fine if u cook it from cold in a dry pan and pour off the fat as it renders.

tbh the gyomu super store brand bacon is surprisingly decent for crisping up, its not thick cut but if you cook it low and slow it gets pretty crunchy. the key is the dry cure vs wet cure thing, wet cure steams. also check hanamasa if you have one nearby, they sell big packs of american style bacon thats actually smoked and firm.
