The only place I can think of off the top of my head is maybe Tokyu Hands would have something like that, but I'd appreciate any suggestions.

traveler's factory is a good shout but honestly for full-grain specifically you'd be better off at the kanda leather district, it's a cluster of shops around iwamotocho station that mostly do industrial stuff but a few like maeda leather have proper passport cases. they're not fancy but the leather is real, thick, ages nicely. also check out loft in shibuya, their travel section sometimes has a small curated rack of full-grain stuff from japanese brands like peripatetic, way cheaper than ginza but quality is there. if u want to touch a bunch at once, the tokyo station underground mall has a store called "silver and gold" that stocks multiple makers, though it's a bit hit or miss on stock.

tokyu hands is a solid bet honestly, they usually have a decent rack of leather goods near the luggage section. but if you want something more specialized, check out the leather shops in kappabashi, it's mostly kitchen stuff but a few places carry travel accessories. or head to shibuya hikarie, there's a store called "traveler's factory" on the 5th floor, they've got nice waxed canvas and leather passport covers, more of a handmade vibe. full-grain is a bit specific though, so you might need to hunt around ginza for a proper leather goods store like hiroshima or iishin, they're pricier but the leather is legit.

honestly for full-grain leather, skip the big department stores and head to jimbocho, the book town. there's a handful of small leather workshops tucked between the used bookshops, like okamoto leather, they've been doing handmade cases for decades. they might not have a flashy display but the hides are top quality and they'll cut one to fit your passport size on the spot. price is fair too, around 8k to 12k yen. if u want something more curated, kitte mall near tokyo station has a shop called "leather works" on the 2nd floor, they stock a few japanese brands that use full-grain veg-tanned leather exclusively, and the staff actually know their stuff about tannage. bit pricier but u can feel the difference. also, don't sleep on the flea markets, the one at oi racecourse on weekends sometimes has vintage passport holders from the 80s, full-grain and already broken in.

Where can I find crispy, pan-fried bacon similar to a certain international style?

if u have a costco membership the kirkland thick cut is the move, 4 packs of 500g for around 2500 yen and it crisps up proper in a cold pan. for smaller runs, precce in azabudai hills & the basement at isetan shinjuku both carry imported US & danish brands in the chilled case, just read the label for "thick cut" or "smoked" and not "loin". also worth knowing japanese bacon is often wet-cured so pat it dry before frying or it steams instead of crisping

kaldi coffee farm is hit or miss but their smoked bacon from denmark shows up pretty regular, the 200g pack runs about 600 yen. what actually works better for me is asking the butcher counter at peacock or life to slice the block bacon thick, like 5mm, they do it for free and it crisps way better than the pre-packed stuff. also fwiw cheap bacon crisps faster, the fatty supermarket kind at 300 yen a pack works fine if u cook it from cold in a dry pan and pour off the fat as it renders.

tbh the gyomu super store brand bacon is surprisingly decent for crisping up, its not thick cut but if you cook it low and slow it gets pretty crunchy. the key is the dry cure vs wet cure thing, wet cure steams. also check hanamasa if you have one nearby, they sell big packs of american style bacon thats actually smoked and firm.
