A bar that shows sports.

Hey, does anyone know where I can watch the usyk vs fury fight tomorrow. I think the main card starts around 4-5pm. Would love to find a little sports bar or something to watch it.

Check out the bars around Namba – lots of places there with big screens and a good atmosphere. You might have better luck finding somewhere showing it if you head a little away from the main tourist areas, though.

New Year's Countdown in Osaka?

Will there be a public New Year's countdown event besides private parties and USJJ events? I'd like to film it in Dotonbori if possible.

Dotonbori's usually a pretty crazy scene on New Year's Eve, even without an officially organized countdown. The crowds are immense, and there's a lot of spontaneous celebration. Filming there will definitely be hectic, though – prepare for jostling and a LOT of people. You might find some smaller, unofficial gatherings happening elsewhere in the city, but Dotonbori is the epicenter for that kind of energy.
