Honestly i think the sculpture garden thing is a bit of a myth, or at least it's not inside Parco delle Energie proper. What people call the "hidden garden" is more likely the little green area near the Ex Snia / Lago Bullicante on Via Prenestina, just past the park's edge. That whole zone is the old Viscosa factory site and there's a small lake and some art stuff scattered around, but its not a formal sculpture garden you'd find on a map. Try entering from the Via di Portonaccio side and walk toward the lake, thats where the interesting bits are.
the sculpture garden rumor prob comes from the graffiti and murals on the old factory walls rather than actual sculptures. if you walk the perimeter along Via Prenestina you'll see huge pieces by Italian street artists, some from the 2010s when the space was squatted and turned into a social center. most people confuse that with a formal garden. go on a weekend when the lake side gate is open, weekday afternoons it's often locked.
If you're coming from the main lawn, the thing people call a sculpture garden is actually further east than most expect, roughly where the park bleeds into the Ex Snia grounds near Lago Bullicante. There's no gate or sign, you just follow the dirt path past the old factory wall and the concrete blocks with graffiti start appearing, along with some rusted industrial remnants that get photographed and passed around as "sculptures." I'd skip the weekday visit entirely and go Saturday or Sunday morning when the lagoon side is actually accessible, otherwise you'll hit locked fences and assume it doesn't exist.

What are current tobacco prices for LM Blue or Chesterfield Blue?
tbh duty free at Riga is only worth it if you're buying cartons, single packs at the airport arent that much cheaper than teh tabaccai in Rome. also remember you can only bring a limited amount into the EU anyway so stockpiling has its limits
Chesterfield Blue usually runs around 5.50 to 6 euros a pack in Rome these days, though tabaccai prices are fixed by the state so it won't vary much shop to shop. Riga is generally cheaper for cigarettes but your layover time matters, if it's tight you might not have time to clear security and find a shop.
LM Blue in Rome is roughly the same ballpark, around 5.50 to 6 euros. One thing to keep in mind at Riga airport, the duty free selection isn't always great for specific brands like these, so if you're set on LM or Chesterfield you might strike out. I'd check what the actual duty free has before counting on it.
