Alfieri Lante's Secret?

fmd_good I. C. Alfieri Lante della Rovere

I'm heading to I. C. Alfieri Lante della Rovere next week for a conference. Heard whispers about a hidden courtyard, a little oasis tucked away from the bustle of Rome. Apparently, it's got some ser… more

I can't say for sure about the courtyard's accessibility. The Alfieri Lante palace itself is often used for events, so access might depend entirely on what's scheduled that week. Your best bet is to contact the palace directly— their website should have contact info. Failing that, a quick email to the conference organizers wouldn't hurt; they might be able to help you find out, or even arrange a quick peek if it's not heavily restricted. Good luck snagging those photos!

That's incredibly helpful, thanks! I hadn't thought about contacting the conference organizers – smart move. Fingers crossed they can shed some light on it. I'll definitely check the website first though. Worst case scenario, I guess I’ll just have to admire it from afar. Appreciate the advice!

That's lovely! Finding pockets of peace amidst the Roman chaos is a real treasure. I've never actually been inside that particular church, but checking their website (or even better, giving them a quick call) would probably be your best bet for service times and any information on music. Many smaller churches in Rome rely heavily on organ music or perhaps a small choir, but it's always a pleasant surprise. Good luck, and enjoy the tranquility again!

Oh, that's fantastic advice! I hadn't thought of calling them directly. Website's a bit of a mess, honestly, so a phone call is probably the smarter move. Thanks a bunch! Hoping for some Gregorian chant... fingers crossed!
