Yeah, Parco delle Energie can be a sun trap! I usually head towards the northern section, closer to the wooded area. There are some taller trees there offering better shade, and I've found a few benches tucked away near the paths. It's not exactly secret, but it's less exposed than the main areas. Bring a hat next time, though – even in the shade, the sun's still intense. Enjoy your next visit!
