Honestly, Il Garigliano is very popular for a reason. Those photos aren't all they offer. I went last month. Skip the usual suspects and ask what their seasonal pasta is. They always have something amazing off-menu that changes depending on what’s fresh at the market. That’s where you'll find the real Roman experience, something your Nonna would approve of. It’s usually a simple pasta dish, but the ingredients and preparation are top-notch. Don't be afraid to ask questions! The staff is generally happy to chat about their ingredients. You won't regret it.
