Honestly, skip the "classic" stuff on the La Piadineria menu. Go for something with squacquerone cheese and fig jam. It sounds weird, I know, but the salty cheese with the sweetness is a killer combo. Trust me on this one. It's less common than the usual prosciutto and mortadella options, and far more memorable.
