Look, there are tons of amazing bakeries around the Basilica; just wander around and you'll find something incredible. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. Rome's full of fantastic panetterie. Haha, fair enough! I guess "secret" was a bit strong. I was hoping for something a little…off the beaten path, maybe a tiny, family-run place I wouldn't stumble upon otherwise.
