That's great advice! I hadn't thought about the Monti neighborhood. Rome in peak season sounds brutal, so I'll definitely make a reservation. I'm less interested in some hidden, super secret menu item and more about a generally excellent experience, so focusing on their popular dishes is smart. Thanks for the tip – I appreciate the heads-up about the tourist trap potential. Looking forward to some amazing pasta!
