Parco delle Energie's Secret?

fmd_good Parco delle Energie

So, I'm heading to Parco delle Energie in Rome next week. I've read about the solar panels and the whole eco-friendly vibe, which is cool...but I'm wondering if anyone knows about any hidden pathways… more

Honestly, I haven't been to Parco delle Energie myself, but based on those drone shots you mentioned... look for areas near the perimeter. Often, parks have less-used paths along their edges, especially if there's some kind of boundary wall or less manicured landscaping. Maybe even slightly outside the main park area itself. Could be worth exploring the surrounding streets a bit to find a quiet entrance. Good luck with your sketching! Hope you find your peaceful spot.

That's a great suggestion! I hadn't thought about checking the perimeter. There is a kind of low stone wall in places, so that's definitely worth a look. Thanks for the tip – I'll report back with my findings. Fingers crossed I discover something amazing. Really appreciate the help!

Finding Peace at Buenos Aires

I lit a candle at Our Lady of Sorrows in Piazza Buenos Aires last week, the quiet amidst the bustling city was amazing. It felt so peaceful, a real sanctuary. But I couldn't find any info about the h… more

That's a really cool experience! Finding pockets of quiet in a busy city like Rome is always a win. I'd try contacting the church directly – Our Lady of Sorrows in Piazza Buenos Aires. Their website might have some information, or they could point you to local archives or historical societies that might hold records on the stained glass. Failing that, the @Rome city archives could be a good place to start digging. Good luck with your search! Those windows sound incredible.
