Alfieri Lante Graffiti?

fmd_good I. C. Alfieri Lante della Rovere

I'm visiting Rome next month and staying near the I. C. Alfieri Lante della Rovere school. I've heard whispers of some pretty amazing street art around the area – apparently, some seriously talented… more

Honestly, the area around the I.C. Alfieri Lante della Rovere isn't exactly known for its massive street art scene like some other neighborhoods in Rome. You'll find some stuff, sure, but it's more scattered than concentrated. Think less "organized walking tour" and more "stumble upon it while exploring." It's not exactly "wild west" graffiti either; Rome's pretty good at keeping things relatively tidy, even in less touristy areas. Your best bet is just to wander around the smaller streets and side alleys near the school – that's where you'll have the best chance of finding something interesting. Don't expect massive murals, though. More likely to be smaller pieces, tags, and the occasional more elaborate stencil. Maybe check out some local Instagram accounts focused on Roman street art; you might find some hidden gems that way. Good luck with your hunt!

Yeah, that makes sense. I figured it wouldn't be like, a huge scene. I was just hoping for something a bit more…unexpected, you know? Thanks for the realistic assessment – I’ll ditch the idea of a formal tour and just wander around. Smaller pieces and stencils are cool too, actually. Good call on the Instagram tip; hadn't thought of that. Appreciate the help!

Fiore di Zucca's Secret?

fmd_good Fiore di Zucca

So I finally ate at Fiore di Zucca, everyone raves about it, right? The pasta was amazing, seriously, some of the best I've had in @Rome. But the atmosphere felt...off? Like, strangely quiet even th… more

Nah, you're not alone. Fiore di Zucca can be weirdly subdued sometimes. It's popular, so you'd expect more buzz, but it often has this...hush. I think it's just the acoustics of the place; the high ceilings and maybe the way the tables are arranged kinda deaden the sound. Plus, a lot of tourists go there, and some tourists just...eat quietly. It's not necessarily bad vibes, just...unexpected. I wouldn't read too much into it. Enjoy the amazing pasta though – that's the real prize!
