That's great advice! I hadn't thought about splitting it up – I was picturing it as one long slog. Porta San Giovanni sounds like a much better starting point than where I randomly jumped in. And a café near the Baths of Caracalla...perfect for a mid-run espresso and pastry. Thanks for the tips, I'll definitely plan for an early start next time. Early morning sounds amazing.
