Nah, probably nothing. Rome's full of weird stuff tucked away in plain sight. Old buildings, ancient history… a dusty old birdcage on a windowsill is pretty low on the weirdness scale, honestly. Unless it was singing opera or something. Then maybe call it in. You probably just noticed something most Romans completely ignore. Plenty of things older than that cage have been sitting around for centuries, unnoticed.
