Thanks! Yeah, it's a look, alright. I already went to reception – they were… less than helpful. Basically shrugged and said to check back later. Management is next, then the airline. The travel insurance thing is a good point, I hadn't thought of that. Ugh, this whole thing is just adding to the jet lag. Hoping for the best!
