Whoa, right?! I hadn't even thought about contacting the Parco archeologico del Colosseo. That's a fantastic suggestion! A forgotten storage room is definitely plausible, but the way the entrance was sealed… it felt… deliberate. Like, someone really didn't want it found. A centuries-old prank is kinda funny, but that's a lot of effort for a joke. Something more… yeah, that's where my mind keeps drifting. I'll definitely reach out to them and see what they dig up. Fingers crossed it's not just, you know, a bunch of old amphorae. Will keep you all posted – this is getting way more interesting than I ever anticipated!
