While the area itself is steeped in ancient history, the building probably doesn't have any direct physical connections to ancient Rome beyond maybe being constructed on land that was, well, ancient Rome. Think about it – how many buildings in Rome are truly from that era? It's more likely that the building is relatively modern, even if it sits on layers and layers of history. You'd be better off exploring the surrounding neighborhood for remnants.
