Cops.

What are these random different police groups in Rome? There’s ones in the little blue cars and then ones in the vans and then the guys in the unmarked ones with a little siren on the top. They just s… more

Sounds like you're seeing the various levels of Polizia di Stato. The little blue cars are probably pattuglie (patrol units), the vans might be squadre mobili (mobile squads) for bigger operations, and the unmarked cars are likely plainclothes officers – maybe investigatori (investigators) or something similar. They're not a taxi service; they're probably dealing with arrests or transporting suspects. It's a big city – expect different police vehicles for different jobs.

Giulio Cesare's Secrets?

Haha, a moving Caesar bust? Sounds like classic teen embellishment. The Liceo Giulio Cesare is old, though. It's possible there are some interesting architectural quirks – maybe older parts of the building that aren't widely known about. I've been to @Rome many times, and you'll find plenty of historical buildings with secret staircases and hidden areas. But a moving bust? That's a bit much. Your best bet is to maybe casually ask some of the older teachers or staff if they've heard any local legends about the building. They might know more than the kids do! Don't get your hopes up about finding actual secrets, though. Enjoy @Rome!
