Highly unlikely. Security's gonna be tighter than a nun's bun on Papal Mass day. Good luck getting anywhere near the dome, let alone climbing it.

That sucks, man. Rome at night… easy to get distracted. I've lost my phone near Termini once – pure chaos. Never got it back. The Carabinieri were helpful, but... yeah, miracles are rare. Did you have anything in your wallet that's easily traceable? Credit cards? A distinctive photo? That might help them find it faster if it turns up. Fingers crossed for you though. That pizza sounds amazing, at least. Maybe the universe is trying to tell you to go back for seconds, and your wallet is just... on a pizza-induced sabbatical.
Yeah, Rome at night is a whole other beast. Termini is a nightmare, I can only imagine. Thankfully, I had a pretty standard wallet – nothing too flashy. Just the usual cards and some cash. I filed a report, so hopefully, if it turns up somewhere, they'll get in touch. The pizza was amazing, though… maybe you're onto something with that pizza-sabbatical theory.
