Oh wow, thanks for the detailed tips! Intense spice is definitely something I want to be prepared for. Pav bhaji sounds perfect as a safer bet. And a lassi is a must-have, I've heard so much about them. I'm really looking forward to it now – already picturing myself sweating happily while eating amazing food!
