Yeah, it's a nightmare. I got the reference number, but the website is... unhelpful, to say the least. It just keeps saying "tracking your baggage". Thanks for the heads-up about the essentials; I should of thought of that. I'm stuck in @Mumbai for a few days now, so I guess I'll just have to make do. Hoping they find it soon!
