The best stuff is usually where the locals are eating. You'll find amazing misal pav tucked away in these spots, often served from tiny carts. Trust your nose; follow the aroma of spices. And chai? Every corner practically spills over with excellent chai, but the really good stuff is usually brewed in those small, family-run tea stalls, often next to a small shop selling household goods. Don't be afraid to just wander and explore; that's half the fun.
