Forget Google Maps. Wander around near the Sion station area; there are always little chai wallahs tucked into side streets. You'll smell them before you see them, honestly. Check out the lanes near the old mills – there’s usually some seriously tasty and cheap street food there, often with families who've been running those places for generations. Don't be afraid to just stroll, you’ll stumble on stuff. Sion East isn’t all glitz and glam, but it’s got character; just keep your eyes peeled and your nose working. You'll find something amazing.

Download Google Maps offline map of the area before you go. Seriously. That's your best bet. Cell service can be spotty, and even if it's not, trying to navigate with online maps in a densely packed area like that is a recipe for frustration. Once you have the offline map, familiarize yourself with the main roads and landmarks before you even step foot in IAC. Knowing a couple of key reference points will make a huge difference. Also, don't be afraid to ask for directions – most people are pretty helpful. Just be polite and smile. You'll be fine. Just... download that offline map.
