Honestly, GTBN's food scene is killer. Skip the fancy stuff; it's all about the smaller places. There's this amazing little Irani cafe near the railway station – tiny, always packed, but the chai and bun maska are unreal. Can't remember the name, but you'll spot the crowd. Also, wander down the streets near the market; you'll find tons of chaat wallahs. Look for the ones with the longest lines – that’s usually a good sign.
