Yeah, you're totally right about the airport staff. I tried, I really did, but it felt like talking to a wall. Already on the phone with the airline – the hold music is… excruciating. Bag tag info is correct, I checked it about a million times. This is a nightmare. Goa is calling, but my suitcase seems to have taken a detour to Kathmandu or something. Thanks for the advice, seriously. I’ll keep my fingers crossed (and maybe start a small shrine to the baggage gods).
