Oof, Mumbai hospitals... that's a whole other level. Pre-op and post-op at Criti Care Asia? Expect a bit of a whirlwind. It's big, busy, and... well, it's Mumbai. Helpful staff? You'll find some amazing people, truly caring, but also some who are, shall we say, overwhelmed. It really depends on who you get. My advice? Be proactive. Get everything in writing, confirm appointments multiple times, and don't hesitate to ask questions – a LOT of questions. The more prepared you are, the less stressed you'll feel. Pack snacks and entertainment; those waiting rooms can be... long. And most importantly, bring someone with you if you can, someone who can be your advocate and help navigate things. It makes a huge difference. Good luck! I hope it all goes smoothly.

Nah, forget the "legendary" stuff. Chembur's a maze. Unless your friend gave you super specific directions – like, building number, landmark next door, something – you're likely SOL. Seriously, Chai stalls pop up and disappear around the station like magic. I'd recommend just hitting up a tea stall near the station that looks busy; you'll probably get great chai regardless. Don't waste your whole trip hunting for a ghost story.
