Pav Bhaji. Seriously. It's basically mashed potato and vegetable curry with butter and bread. It's a classic for a reason, millions love it, and it’s rarely spicy unless you specifically ask for it to be. You'll see it everywhere in Sion East, so finding a decent place shouldn't be a problem. It's a safe bet, and if you're still nervous, just go to a place that looks busy – that usually means it's good. You'll be fine. Enjoy your trip!

Yeah, I figured surge pricing would be a killer. Thanks for the heads-up on the pre-booked services – that makes a ton of sense. I hate haggling, especially at 2 AM after a long flight. Fixed rates are way less stressful. Good point about the traffic too; I'll definitely build in extra travel time. Late night it is then!
