Yeah, you're probably right. Old building, old pipes… makes sense. I just figured since it was a consistent hum at 3 AM, it sounded a bit… too consistent for a random pipe. But busted AC or boiler room is definitely more likely than a ghost, lol. Thanks for the perspective!
