That little cart tucked away on a side street, the tiny shop with a queue snaking out the door... those are the places. Don't be afraid to get lost a little. Ask locals – even a simple "khaana khaane ki jagah?" (place to eat?) will get you pointed in the right direction. You’ll find something amazing, I guarantee it.
