Suman Nagar Street Food?

fmd_good Suman Nagar

I spent a week in Mumbai, mostly based near Girgaum Chowpatty, but one afternoon I wandered into Suman Nagar. Man, the street food was incredible! I tried this amazing vada pav from a tiny stall – c… more

Yeah, Suman Nagar's a beast to navigate! Those lanes are crazy. Google Maps is... okay-ish in the main areas, but forget about it for the smaller stuff. Honestly, your best bet is probably just asking locals. People are generally super helpful there. If you see someone who looks like they live in the area, just politely ask for directions. Even pointing at a landmark on a rough sketch will help. And maybe download offline maps before you go—that'll at least give you a general idea of where you are, even if the precise street isn't super accurate.

Totally get that! Sounds like a proper adventure just finding the food, haha. Offline maps are a great shout; I'll definitely do that. I'm not too worried about getting completely lost – part of the fun, right? But knowing the general area will be a lifesaver. Thanks for the tip about asking locals – that's much better than relying solely on a dodgy map app.

Mumbai's got character, alright. That Prakash Inn sounds about right. I've had some... interesting experiences with Mumbai plumbing myself. Once, I swear a cockroach tried to steal my toothbrush. No fez, though. That's a new one. Maybe the tap water does have hallucinogenic properties. Or maybe the geckos there are just extra fashionable.
