Hey! I wasn't at Critical Care Asia Hospital myself, but a friend was there a couple months ago. She said the food wasn't amazing, but definitely edible – better than your average hospital grub, apparently. Think more "decent canteen food" than "mystery meat." Wifi was surprisingly good; she FaceTimed her family every day without issue. Hope your procedure goes well and your recovery is quick!

Check out the lanes near Sion station. Not right near the main road, but a few streets back. You'll find some amazing misal pav places there – way better than the generic stuff. Also, look for small stalls selling kachori and jalebi – the ones run by families, not big chains. They usually only open in the evenings. Trust me, the real flavor is in those hidden spots. You'll probably have to ask around a bit; locals are usually happy to point you in the right direction. Don't be afraid to venture a bit off the map; that's where the good stuff is!
