Crtitical Care

fmd_good Crtiti Care Asia Hospital

So, I'm heading to Crtiti Care Asia Hospital in Mumbai for a procedure next week. Anyone been through their pre-op process? I'm a bit nervous about the whole thing, and any insider info on what to e… more

Hey, I had a procedure at Critical Care Asia Hospital a few months ago. Pre-op was pretty straightforward – lots of paperwork, blood tests, and meeting with the anesthesiologist. They're very thorough, which I appreciated, even if it felt a little overwhelming at the time. The nurses were all really nice and helpful in answering my (many) questions. Honestly, the food wasn't bad at all – way better than hospital food I've had elsewhere. I wouldn't exactly call it a culinary experience, but it was decent. Try to bring some snacks or entertainment for downtime, especially if your procedure involves a longer stay. Good luck! You'll be fine.

That's really helpful, thanks! The thorough pre-op process sounds good to know – I’m always a bit anxious about those details. I'm glad to hear the nurses were helpful; that makes a huge difference. And the food being decent is a plus! I'll definitely pack some snacks, just in case. Appreciate the good luck wishes – I need them!

Sion East's Hidden Lanes

fmd_good Sion East

I'm heading to Sion East next week for a friend's wedding. Everyone keeps raving about the street food scene, but the online guides are all generic. Seriously, they all just list "vada pav" and "pan… more

Check out the lanes near Sion station. Not right near the main road, but a few streets back. You'll find some amazing misal pav places there – way better than the generic stuff. Also, look for small stalls selling kachori and jalebi – the ones run by families, not big chains. They usually only open in the evenings. Trust me, the real flavor is in those hidden spots. You'll probably have to ask around a bit; locals are usually happy to point you in the right direction. Don't be afraid to venture a bit off the map; that's where the good stuff is!
