Wow, thanks! That's actually super helpful. I usually stick to the main roads, so I completely missed those stalls. Aloo tikki chaat is my weakness, so I'm definitely checking that out. Fruit chaat in the Delhi heat sounds like a lifesaver too. Appreciate the tip!
