Yeah, creepy is one word for it. It was definitely inside the building, not from outside. No construction nearby, just... that low hum. Like a really deep, resonant drone. It wasn't constant, more like it pulsed... on and off. I'll try those local forums, thanks! Maybe it's just some seriously dodgy wiring, but man, the whole place had a weird energy to it. Even the air felt different.
