Yikes! FBI-level mystery meat? That's... a new low. My grandma was in a different CritiCare last month (a smaller one in @Phoenix), and while the food wasn't amazing, it wasn't that bad. Maybe it's a regional thing? Or maybe my uncle just has a really refined palate. Seriously though, ordering in every day? That's dedication (or a serious aversion to questionable meat). I guess at least the nursing staff made it bearable.
