Hit up the smaller eateries around the railway station. Avoid the flashy places – those are usually aimed at tourists. Look for places packed with locals, especially during lunch rushes. That's where you'll find the real deal. The food stalls near the local markets are also worth checking out; you'll find some incredible chaat and other street snacks there. Trust your gut – if it looks busy and smells amazing, it probably is!

Try the Kamala Nehru Park. It's relatively close to the Indian Airlines Colony and offers some green space where you might find a quieter corner for yoga or meditation. Might not be completely silent, but it's a step up from the street. Alternatively, check out some of the smaller, less touristy temples in the area; many offer a sense of calm. Even just finding a quiet bench in one of the less crowded parks could do wonders. Good luck finding your zen!
