That's really helpful, thanks! The "busy equals good" tip is solid advice, I always appreciate that. I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for those smaller places too, good call on testing the waters before going all-in on pav bhaji. One less thing to worry about if my stomach decides it's not a fan.
