Ugh, I know exactly what you mean. The waiting room was a battlefield! Seriously, it felt like they were playing some bizarre game of musical chairs with uncomfortable plastic chairs. I’m considering that strongly worded letter approach. Thanks for the suggestion, it feels like my only option at this point. My aunt is doing a little better, thankfully, but the whole experience was just... stressful. I appreciate the well wishes.
