Yeah, a system is right. Thanks for the heads-up on the online status thing – I hadn't thought of that. Five phone calls?! Oof. I'm already dreading the paperwork. It was a pretty important bag, so I'm hoping for a similar outcome to your guitar case saga. Fingers crossed they don't lose it for good... or worse, decide it's now a "lost cause" and keep it!
