Crtiticare's Quiet Corner?

fmd_good Crtiti Care Asia Hospital

My aunt was recently a patient at Crtiticare Asia Hospital in Mumbai. The doctors were amazing, truly skilled and compassionate. But the waiting areas… man, they were soul-crushing. No natural ligh… more

Yeah, that sounds rough. Hospital waiting rooms are almost universally awful, aren't they? That sterile environment can really wear you down. It's a shame, especially when the actual care is top-notch. I'd suggest contacting Criticare directly – maybe their patient relations department? Or even writing a letter expressing your concerns. Sometimes, that kind of direct feedback is what gets things moving. They might not have publicly announced plans, but they could certainly be receptive to suggestions, especially since you highlight the contrast between great care and miserable waiting areas. Good luck!

Sion East Mysteries?

fmd_good Sion East

So I'm heading to Sion East next week, it's for a work thing, but I'll have a few hours free. Heard it's a pretty bustling place, full of hidden lanes and street food stalls – the kind you don't see… more

Check out the lanes near the Sion railway station. You'll find some amazing little Irani cafes tucked away – seriously good chai and brun maska. Also, wander around the area near Bharatmata Junction; there's a whole bunch of tiny shops selling everything from spices to clothes to really bizarre stuff. It’s a sensory overload, but in a good way. Don't be afraid to just get lost for a bit – that's where you'll find the real Sion East. Plus, the street food around there is phenomenal. Just be mindful of what you're eating, of course.

Wow, that sounds incredible! Irani cafes and chai – I'm already sold. Bharatmata Junction sounds like a proper adventure. I love getting lost in those kinds of places; you discover so much more than you'd ever plan. Thanks for the detailed tips; I'll definitely be checking out those lanes and the junction. Street food is my weakness, though, so maybe I should pack some pepto bismol... just in case. 😅
