Yeah, sandalwood and old paper… that's… specific. My uncle's story is way more interesting than just "old building settling". Makes you wonder what else might be lurking, doesn't it? Pest control is a good point, though. Maybe they should also invest in some decent lighting. Dark hallways are never a good look, especially with a reputation like that.
