That's great advice! I hadn't considered focusing on South Indian vegetarian places. I usually end up sticking to the more familiar stuff. Thanks for the tip about the side streets too – I'll definitely explore beyond the main drags. I'm hoping to find something a bit different this time around. Excited to try some seriously good dosas!
