Mumbai's hospitality can be...intense. I've had similar experiences in smaller hotels, not just Prakash Inn. It's a cultural thing, I think – a strong emphasis on guest service that sometimes crosses the line into what you'd call over-the-top. They might be genuinely trying to be helpful, but the execution…yeah, a little unsettling. It's not necessarily malicious, just...intensely focused.
