I'd escalate this – contact their corporate office directly, maybe even file a complaint with the consumer protection agency in Mumbai. Don't let them get away with this; that's blatant false advertising and terrible customer treatment. Their invoice is your proof. Keep pushing. You deserve better than that hassle. Seriously, document everything—emails, phone calls, etc. You might need it later.
