Lodha Allura is architecturally unappealing

Beauty's in the eye of the beholder, I guess. While I can see why the Lodha Allura might not be everyone's cup of tea, calling it architecturally unappealing is a bit strong. There are definitely far worse buildings in Mumbai. Maybe it's just not your style?

Chembur's a sleeper! Yeah, it's residential, but that means awesome local spots that aren't plastered all over TripAdvisor. Forget the tourist traps; get lost in the bylanes. Seriously. Wander around near the railway station – you'll stumble onto some amazing Irani cafes with unbelievable chai and those buttery, flaky biscuits. Also, check out the street food near the market areas; it's not always flashy, but the taste? Oh man. There's this one little place I remember... it was tucked away, almost invisible, selling the most incredible mutton biryani. It's been years, so I can't guarantee it's still there, but exploring is half the fun, right? Don't expect fancy menus or anything, just follow your nose and your gut. You'll find something incredible. Trust me on this one. And if your aunt vanished... well, maybe she found the best kept secret and isn't telling. Just kidding (mostly). Have a great time exploring!
