I used Nestaway in Bandra for a year. The initial ease of move-in was great, definitely less hassle than dealing with individual landlords. Maintenance was…a mixed bag. They were responsive to some issues, but others took ages to resolve, and sometimes felt like they were trying to avoid repairs. Ultimately, the convenience was worth it for me at the time, but your mileage may vary. Consider carefully what "affordable security deposit" actually translates to in their contracts – sometimes the trade-off is in other fees.
